A perfect plase for holidays, with nice staff and a wonderful room with a sea view with sunrise ang crashing waves to wake up to.And breakfast was lovely and nice who served delicious food. Absolutely perfect for holidays. I can highly recommended this place Sonja L****n

Lovely hotel with great views across the sea and great family room. Clean, good shower and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there’s lots to chose from at breakfast. Nice pool area with steps straight into the sea. We enjoyed our stay here.

Thanks once again to everyone at the Manolya for another wonderful holiday. This is our 3rd stay in just over a year at what genuinely feels like our home from home. The hotel is situated in an excellent seaside location at Lapta with steps down into a shallow bay. The pool area was being updated while we were there but didn't inconvenience us at all. Excellent breakfast, clean and tidy rooms with comfy beds and great views. It's the staff however that make this hotel exceptional. From a great welcome on arrival at 1am to checkout on our final day, we were treated to smiles and friendliness everyday from the amazing and knowledgeable staff. Can't wait to see you all again, thank you.

We stayed at the Manolya in September, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Mehmet and all the staff were most helpful, friendly and informative. The hotel was spotlessly clean and food was first class. Excellent amenities within walking distance of the hotel. We would definitely use the Manolya again.

A stunning location with magnificent views. Access to the sea and beach from the poolside sun deck. The poolside bar/restaurant sits above the sea on stilts, the staff are friendly and helpful. With restraunt’s and bars within easy reach it’s the ideal relaxing place for holidays. We can’t wait to go back.

We’ve stayed at The Manolya for a few years now and it never disappoints, Mehmet and all the staff are as helpful as ever. The new pool area looks great and the pool bar/restaurant is really nice. Nothing is ever to much trouble for all the staff and they all work very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. See you again next year.

Second time visiting this hotel and everything was perfect. I love their breakfast, although this time was very hot outside and there were some flies inside the restaurant, staying on the food.The sparkling wine at the breakfast is a nice touch.Bed was comfortable,towels were clean, balcony had sea view room.Bathroom was having a bad smell but we kept the door closed.Mehmet was very kind to accommodate us again in lovely rooms and even he prepared a surprise for my friend's Birthday.Thank you Mehmet

The location is perfect!! There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance too. We arrived quite late and the owner very kindly ordered us a takeaway. We weren't very happy with our room, as we prefer a higher sea view room. We were asked to sleep in our room that night, not unpack and they relocated is to another room the next day which was perfect with amazing views!! The buffet breakfast was lovely. Lots of fresh fruit, cheese, variety of nuts and delicious coffee. There was a cooked breakfast too but we didn't have that. You could either eat in the restaurant or patio area and a couple of times we took ours to our room and relaxed on the balcony. Staff were lovely and friendly and were always cleaning up and keeping everywhere tidy. There are a few cats and dogs around at the hotel but they didn't bother us and you could see that they were cared for by the staff. Pool area was lovely, right on the sea front. Plenty of beds and parasols and not too close together. There is a lovely bar area with fabulous views. We ate at Blue Song, Sea Point and Jashan, that were all walking distance and were gorgeous and very reasonably priced. A short car ride are plenty of other lovely restaurants too that we ate at so the location is perfect. We didn't eat at the hotel as there never seemed to be any guests eating there however we did have a pizza for lunch on the last day and it was delicious so if we went again we would definitely try their restaurant. Car hire is very cheap over in Northern Cyprus so easy to get around. The car park isn't huge but we always got a space and there was some ground next to the hotel which I'm sure we could have parked at if necessary. We had an issue with our air conditioning in the room which was sorted quickly. My only negative about the room was that there was no full length mirror!! There was a small one in the bathroom however no plug socket nearby for my straighteners or good lighting. Luckily I had a small compact mirror with me to do my makeup and hair but a full length mirror needs to be in the room. So, a fabulous stay, perfect location, very peaceful and gorgeous weather! Would definitely stay again

Fantastic hotel in great location! The rooms were modern, clean and extremely comfortable the beds were especially comfy too! All of the staff that we encountered from cleaners to waiting staff and reception were all cheerful, professional , friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this hotel as we have already to friends
