The location is very convenient n amenities were befitting that of a business hotel. That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).

I picked a lot of hotels before I came, and finally chose the smart hotel. I really didn't choose the wrong one. The hotel is right next to the center of Lanzhou, opposite the Gansu Provincial Museum. The location is absolutely advantageous. The hotel room is very clean and the parking is very convenient. The parking ticket can be collected by the lady at the main station. There are many restaurants around. Go to Zhongshan Bridge, Mother River Sculpture, Baitashan Park is not far away. I left a vest when I checked out. I didn’t know it. Later, Miss Liu at the front desk called to ask if I had dropped the vest. I remembered that I also sent it home with SF Express. Even the shipping payment was paid. It was really intimate. Next time I go to Lanzhou, I will stay at Smart Choice.

I didn’t take many photos. I stayed for three nights in total. The front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. The overall hygiene was very clean, the room facilities were very new, the heating was very sufficient, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was very comfortable to stay. The traffic in Lanzhou can be complained about, too blocked! The hotel is very good, the parking lot is not big, there is a full-time security guard, there is a parking space early, but if you want to leave early the next day, it is best to communicate with the security guard, otherwise it is easy to be blocked by other cars, all are in the store, and the security guards may not find the owner to move the car. The hotel is near the Yellow River Tower, with Lanzhou Old Street on the left hand side. It is only ten minutes away from Lanzhou West Railway Station. The transportation is convenient. The front desk of the hotel is amiable and the service attitude is good! The breakfast variety is slightly less as a four-star hotel. Overall it is recommended.

8.31 Check-in at around 9 pm, the receptionist is a short-haired lady. I went down for breakfast the next morning. I clearly remember that the receptionist told me last night that ”the room is on the 17th floor, breakfast is on the 15th floor”. We stupidly turned around on the 15th floor and there was no restaurant at all. So I wanted to take the elevator downstairs to ask, It turned out that the elevator door wrote the restaurant floor (it seems to be 10 or 11 floors in the impression). When we arrived at the restaurant, our card could not be swiped. The restaurant said that our room did not include meals. Helpless or go downstairs to the front desk! Ask the front desk: The room we booked is inclusive of meals, why can't we swipe the card? After the front desk verified, we changed the card and didn't say an apology! After this toss, it was almost 8:50 when I returned to the restaurant again, and many meals were gone. After a while, the restaurant waiter (seeing that the clothes should be the restaurant foreman or leader) began to receive the meal, and did not remind the guests whether they still needed to add food! The service at the front desk and restaurant is really speechless! Carefully selected a hotel for a long time, the service turned out to be like this, will never come again for the second time!

The best and most comfortable hotel to stay in during the May Day holiday, and the price is reasonable, maybe because it is relatively remote in the new district. The hotel lobby is magnificent, the room facilities are first-class, hygienic and clean, the waiters are well-trained and the service is warm and thoughtful.
