Toilet smells of pee and poo and despite changing rooms, the other room still smell the same. Cleanliness is questionable, housekeeping also left the previous guest towels in room. Location is acceptable, near to many eateries and mall and railway. Staff is helpful

First of all, the location of this hotel is very good, near the subway, there are snack streets and shops around, not far from Zhongshan Bridge, and secondly, the hotel is very hygienic, it feels very clean and warm when you enter it, the children like it very much, of course , the most important thing is that the young ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and answer all questions. Kindly recommend itinerary for us where we want to go. Such a loving Lanzhou deserves our next visit.
