It is really disappointing for a five-star hotel. We checked in at night with our children. The overall facilities and equipment in the room are old, and the hygiene is average. There are hairs in the bathtub. First of all, the TV is so dirty that you can't watch it. Later, the maintenance staff came to fix it for a long time and changed the wire. Finally, the door lock could not be opened after I went out for a while. It was not because the room card was malfunctioning, but because there was a problem with the door lock buckle. It can be opened if the mouth is right, but it can't be opened if it is not right. In addition, the child took a shower for only 10 minutes at night, and the whole bathroom was flooded. The water was basically blocked. There was no way, because it was too late and I was too tired to call for maintenance, so I could only use a floor towel and a towel to dip the water first and then let it flow slowly! The next morning, I called and dredged it for a long time. The water was unblocked, but the stench from the pipe was unbearable, and it lasted until I checked out in the afternoon. I was really speechless.

The environment is very good and very clean Manager Li Lu at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the room facilities are also very new. It doesn't look like a hotel that was built in 12 years. 😃 I plan to stay here again next time I come to Lanzhou. I look forward to my next work trip.
