灑店的兩瓶礦泉水是要收每瓶3元的，但店家並沒有明確的告之，許多住客也不知道，等結賬時才説要收6元。服務跟不上，早上結賬前台一個人也沒有，衹能把房卡放在前台加微信號退壓金，我媳婦説她晚上睡覺到半夜時，身上開始發癢，總感覺客房裡的床單被罩是否沒有換

房間衞生還可以，環境不錯！就是服務不到位，我讓老闆給看看電視機怎麼弄，結果我叫了兩次都沒上來！這是我住過最差的酒店！希望下次能改正一下！
