Only one outlet in two rooms. AC in the bedroom is good but placed exactly opposite the bed. Everything else is nice.

Rated hotel as average based on other's review read, as didn't make it to stay in the hotel. However, the reservation service team was helpful to promptly reply to my email. The hotel's strange side would be the reserved family room with balcony, facing inside within the hotel with no outside street view.

Of course, you get what you pay for. And Paretto is a perfect example of righteousness of this proverb. Yes, hotel is really cheap, but offers decent family rooms with two comfortable beds and a great location in Cenang. But these two are actually only positives of Paretto. Also good were both aircons except one day when one wasnt working. The hotel and everything in the hotel is old and outdated. The locks on the doors in the room are almost all broken, the shower room isn't kept clean, mould is all over the walls. Our balcony faced inner corridor of the hotel thus it was always extremely hot at the balcony. Overall all furniture and bed sheets are quite old and looked tired. If you are budget traveller - Paretto is ok for maximum 3-4 nights, but if you need more comfort and modern hotel - try to avoid.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check-out after my small request.

The location is great 👍 you have near by the duty free shops,massage stores,convenient stores,and restaurants.there is a teapot ,fridge and everything that you need during your stay.it’s a little bit noisy in the evening because you have transformers dance till midnight but it doesn’t disturb us a lot .thanks very much to the reception and the stuff.we will come back for sure !🥰

Location is good. Walk out had duty free shop and near beach.

Nice but very loud environment

Location and amenities was excellent! Near to pantai chenang and duty free shop building. There is laundry, shell out restaurant and massage right beside to the hotel. Parking was limited but able to get a lot nonetheless. There is a clean vending machine at the entrance of the hotel which sells drinks and snacks making it convenient for the stay. We stayed at the non sea view room but could hear the music during night time but only up till midnight. There is only one lift serving the hotel. The hotel room itself is basic. The main door still use key lock which is not secure if u forget to lock the door. The floor is abit dusty/sandy. The bed linen has stains and hair strands. The stairs to the toilet is redundant and inconvenient. Toilet water pressure is medium. Not too little and too high. Toilet looks old and have yellowish stains embedded to the sink and toilet bowl. Cracks on wall tile in toilet and in the room wall. The only pests is ants tt came out from the wooden crate. Service- receptionists was friendly and answered to our questions well. Housekeeping is excellent they sweep and dust off bed. Overall the stay was ok. If you are looking for basic hotel needs, it is a good hotel to stay in due to its location. this hotel has so much potential to be a great hotel if only the mgmt improve on the cleanliness and condition by renovating on the facilities and condition of the room.
