The staff on duty are very helpful however Smelly cigarettes when first arrange room for us and we have made a request for change the room and the smell cigarettes still strong. I strongly advise the housekeeping should make sure the non smoking room should not have smelly cigarettes in room and hope hotel management take action seriously for this matter.

Room a bit old!
Woke up by noise inside room at mid night, May be from air conditioner or refregulator!
Two rooms were arranged at 2nd floor with bad view!

A little difficult to get to due to limited Didi's and slight distance from the Daxing airport but staff was quite helpful in spite of limited or no English skills. The air con in the room was out of order but the manager covered the breakfast as a courtesy. Breakfast was traditional Chinese but the cook learned to make a Western Omelette with my translator app. :) All in, highly recommended if flying into the new airport. Quiet, comfortable and reasonable and staff tries hard to assist with any need.

The front desk is very friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and the bathroom in the room is also very clean. My wife likes the shampoo and shower gel very much.
