The room is closed without windows and not ventilated. Maybe too different? Double room, or single room, can't make sense. Sanitary environment, clean and tidy. The service is also very good.

Phenomenal service from the entire staff. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Always doing their best to accommodate us despite the fact we cannot speak their language. Many associates can communicate with above average to very good English. Two meals from room service very good (1 western, 1 local) and reasonably priced for a hotel. There is a nice pool and spa. Pool can get quite busy and loud during certain afternoon/evening hours. The town is quiet by Vietnam standards and there were virtually no other westerners around so we stood out but mostly in a good way as people were so friendly and welcoming (although sometimes literally shocked to see us). The local food is also great with a market just a few minutes walk away across the bridge.

Clean accommodation. Restaurant breakfast. No other complaints. However, the location is ambiguous to move elsewhere and the transportation is a bit inconvenient
