The service from beginning to end was impeccable. We booked three beautiful rooms with ocean front view. The views was fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean. Every staff member we contact, especially the front desk (Mr Phan Minh Vuong, Ms. Bùi Thị Hiền) were kind, professional and extremely helpful. We especially like the beach, the ability to eat lunch and dinner right at the ocean front. All the young men and women working there were always helpful and offer some good tips and places to visit. We really enjoy our stay here at Lan Rừng Resort. The night front desk attendant (Nguyễn Minh Lân) was very kind and able to arrange the transportation and extremely helpful. The server at the bartender was very attentive and friendly. We have a wonderful trip and will not hesitate to visit again and make even more great memories We definitely stay again!
