This hotel is VERY BASIC. Tiny rooms tiny bathroom. They added a wood floor to the main part of our room that is about 2” above the hallway.. of course they don’t warn you about it... I fell on my way in to my room, luckily I grabbed my luggage just before hitting the hard floor and saved myself an injury… my husband tripped on the way out of the bathroom and nearly broke his toes… this is a ridiculous thing to do in a hotel room! Tiny bathroom with tiny shower and no way to take a shower without flooding the room… luckily we had that 2” raised floor outside the bathroom so we didn’t flood the entire room! Yes, that’s sarcasm! We were with a group and breakfast and dinner were included for our tour… Breakfast.. meager… not what I expect in Europe…also, we got there after some of our group and food was not replenished , we only got what was left… Dinner, very little choice, ONE WAITRESS for 35 people serving 3 courses AND DRINKS… need I say more….

The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and was very comfortable. Stayed here for one night in between trips on the Bernina Express and the Glacier Express. Whilst surrounded by spectacular mountains, the hotel is situated in a soulless commercial area about 2 minutes west of central Chur by train. There is half hourly train service to / from the centre of Chur (which I found similarly lacking in charm). Finding the entrance to the hotel on arrival at Chur West was not that easy, and improved signage from the station would be helpful for first time visitors. If you are travelling with luggage expect a fair walk uphill and some steps along the way. The adjacent shopping centre looked functional enough albeit that, like 99% of businesses in Switzerland, it was closed on our arrival early on a Saturday evening and all day on the Sunday. The hotel itself occupies the first 9 floors of a tower block which I think may have had residential properties or offices above it. The small lobby area was pleasant enough and our check in was smooth, courteous and polite. The room itself was clean and simply furnished, and it offered a fridge, a coffee maker, plenty of power sockets and a decent shower. Breakfast offered a good variety of items but sometimes in modest quantities, probably reflecting the fact that we seemed to be the only guests dining there on the Sunday morning. Some items were sadly of poor quality (the croissants had a dreadfully fatty taste rather than a buttery flavour) and some were poorly prepared (fleshy, fatty bacon is most undesirable). Whilst it was included in our room rate, the walk in cost of breakfast seemed eye-wateringly high given the shortcomings we experienced. Overall, as I’m unlikely to return to Chur I’d be unlikely to stay here again. If I knew anyone visiting the city I’d be unlikely however to recommend the hotel based on my experience which was nothing more than average.

Stayed in a two-bedroom suite for two days, the room and service were good, punched in the Michelin Samsung restaurant memory, great! The hot spring is also very big and comfortable! The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool is told that it cannot swim, and the children are allowed to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it can’t swim at all. The original words of the pool management are used by this pool to relax, but this is a standard pool. Can you soak in the water and can't move? If you want to relax, why not go to the hot spring next to it? It says that the swimming pool is not allowed to swim, and you can't understand it! If the hotel feels that the indoor pool is not suitable for swimming, then the outdoor pool can be repaired a little bigger, so the problem will be solved. After all, in addition to the hot spring, there are still guests who hope to take a good swim!

We arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

I stayed here for one night after completing the Liechtenstein trail and it was my treat for completing the hike. The owners were very helpful and kindly let me check in at 0900 and talked to me about my experiences in the country. The restaurant next door was also very nice (albeit a wee bit pricey for a solo traveller). The breakfast the next morning was more than adequate. Comfortable beds and a great power shower to wash the aches away.

The hotel is located in one of the most remote towns in Liechtenstein, right on the mountainside of Chongshan. You can see the snow on the top of the mountain from the room, and the clouds and mist are wrapped around the peaks. It is very romantic! The breakfast is good, and the venison for dinner is a bit painful for me to eat! The next morning, I took the cable car to the top of the mountain. The scenery is endless! If you have the chance, you should stay a few more days!

I stayed here for one night -- a last minute choice when my flight was cancelled and I decided to visit Vaduz. The hotel was in a perfect location -- right in the center of the city. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The included breakfast was robust and very tasty.
