"Super good experience, there are super delicious cookies at the front desk, the breakfast is also good (standard white breakfast). The hotel has two beds and one is a king size bed. The hotel has a complete microwave and coffee machine. The service attitude is also very nice. The hygiene is great, there is no smell. You can also make your own waffles for breakfast."
"We have been to the Amway a few times, and it has been our favorite place to stay in Grand Rapids. The service is always great, the facilities are beautiful, and the MDRD never disappoints for amazing food. It would be nice if they had a charger for Electric Vehicles.....but at least their sister company Marriott is only a block away and electric vehicles can park there."
"IN TOWN FOR JOSH JOHNSON AT GLC. Perfect location. Lots of lovely eateries within walking distance. Our room was roomy and spotless! Front desk folk on both 10/8 and 10/9 were outstanding. We had a perfect experience!"
"Service was very good and informative. Location was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would."
"This is beautiful Hotel located on beautiful location. Rooms are beautiful and walkable from the River, On the opposite street is a Grand Rapids one of the oldest building and it’s beautiful. There was a little miscommunication during our check-in. We were told that breakfast timing is from 7-10am but when we reached for breakfast at 9:10, they were already closing and cleaning restaurant. There were around 5-7 families who came after 9 for breakfast. But restaurant gave bread, fruits, butter, Jams, Coffee so we had breakfast. Other than everything was perfect. "

Great
GGuest UserThis was a very nice hotel . Located in the center of the city access to most everything . Staff very pleasant . Room clean .
GGuest UserBeautiful room, great location. I stayed in the winter and the weather was cold and I could not get warm, but I live in a hot climate, so that's not unexpected. No room cleanings during my stay, which is strange, but I could ask for more supplies and towels by text or email and they provided everything I asked for. I would stay here again.
GGuest UserI love staying here. The staff treats you like family and are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and the rooms are always impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel. The general manager, Ty, goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are happy and comfortable.
CCHANGJUNThe hotel is located on the north side of Grand Rapids. It has seven floors, one side facing the Grand Rapids, beautiful scenery, large rooms, friendly staff, free parking, no breakfast, so I don't know how. It should be good. It just seems to have been decorated in the room and the corridor, but it is not a pungent smell.
GGuest UserService was very helpful. Since I was going to be arriving after hours, I was called with how to access the key card for my room. The highlighted map inside was great to find my room. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to the room, because the shades were open and a few lights as well as the TV were on. It made me feel like there was already someone in the room. I entered the room with my key and took a look around, but there was nobody there. The area where this hotel is located is nice. There is a lot of shopping and food areas nearby. The room was pretty clean, but it had a faint smell of smoke. One of the shades in the room by the door I couldn't see how to close them, so that made me nervous, because then you could see into the room, and when you look in that window it looks directly at the bed area. That made me feel slightly uncomfortable since I'm not familiar with the area.
