Really great hotel! It's close to the subway and also very convenient for my visits to JTBC. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Goyang for JTBC.

hotel was near daehwa station exit 5, had many food stores that were open till late and convenience stores nearby. Good location if you are attending a concert in goyang stadium, around 5-15 mins walk (depending on entry gate). Room is spacious and all basic amenities were provided, bottled water is given everyday.
pretty clean except that furnitures are pretty old, can hear noise from the corridor and no peephole. Had the experience of a stranger banging and pressing the room doorbell and had to open the door to inform them that they were at the wrong room.
Receptionist does not understand much english but is friendly and will use hand gestures or still try to understand your needs.

This is the best hotel near Kintex. The reception staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. I liked the free beverages in the fridge. The Internet was easy to connect and the signal was strong. Everything was extraordinary. I forgot the name of the reception staff, I would like to compliment her professionalism and hospitality. Her last name was An. I checked in around 3 pm on 12th Nov.

Stayed in this hotel for the Coldplay concert over at Goyang Stadium, which is literally 10mins walk away. I got the large/small twin bed. Mattress was super comfy. Room was good size with a lounge seat area. I even got a computer in the room that you can use. Was a Bath/walk in shower, however this bath is the like the size of the jacuzzi square shaped ones. My only fault here would be the towels they had. I had to go out and get my own - for the ladies, you may understand. Otherwise, lots of food spots, 2 minutes from train station, really cant go wrong.

Go to Gaoyang to see the concert recommended! Incheon take the 3300 bus (9,000 won), you can go directly to Dahua Station, it is very suitable for getting off the plane to go to the concert, live here can also save the commute time, you can get up in the morning and directly line up the surrounding area, very recommended
The bathroom is relatively old, but it is to sleep and take a bath, not too concerned about it.

The room is really nice, with laundry available in the room itself. In the lobby, they have a convenience store, and the area has many restaurants for you to see. I went to Gaoyang to see the concert and booked this hotel. It exceeded expectations. The room was large and clean. It was very close to Gaoyang Stadium. There were many restaurants downstairs, which was very convenient.

GGuest UserIt was on the 7th floor of the complex shopping district, so it was right here, but the facilities are clean and spacious. I went to the concert and dragged my tired body, but it was better because it was near the station. There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby. There are also two computers, so it would be nice for couples and friends to come. I am willing to use it next time!!

제제이드87I think the location was the biggest draw. It was conveniently located near the subway station, so there were a variety of shops, and the rooms on the higher floors had unobstructed views, so it wasn't stuffy. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, the TV remote had the batteries plugged in together, which at first I thought was broken. I'm not sure if it was to save batteries, but it was quite a surprise. ^^;; So I had no choice but to open the cable set-top box, and when I did, there was a snowy field of dust. It seemed they only cleaned the visible areas. The bathroom and toilet were impeccably cleaned. Considering it was a holiday, there wasn't much noise, with the exception of a crying baby. Hahaha.
The shower water pressure is a matter of personal preference. Perhaps because it's on the 18th floor, the water flow wasn't very powerful. On the other hand, the sink and toilet water pressure were good. Overall, it wasn't bad, so I would definitely visit again.

SsushimohanWhilst the cleanliness of the room and especially the toilet was good considering the type of hotel it is, my biggest issue was the sockets.
I understand that Korea uses a different type of socket. I had my travel adapters handy. But the sockets were so old that
1) my adapter couldn't be plugged in tightly. So it was always loose and sometimes would even fall off.
2) it was super slow charging!
They had provided a cable with multiple chargers that was attached to an electrical supply. But the typeC wouldn't work. That cable was useless.
With the one socket that would actually charge at a decent pace, I had to interchange over the night amongst my 2 handphones, power bank and WiFi router.

JJUHEON BYEONI stayed here on business, and overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation. First of all, the location was fantastic. It was conveniently located in the heart of the city, and the proximity to major business meetings made it a huge help in managing my schedule. There were a variety of convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making meals and grocery shopping a breeze. Public transportation access was also excellent, making getting from the airport to the accommodation a breeze.
The interior was clean and tidy, and the amenities were well-equipped, making it ideal for a long-term stay. What I appreciated most was the clean and comfortable bedding, which allowed me to relax after a long day. The desk and chair provided ample space for work, and the stable Wi-Fi speeds made video conferencing and email processing a breeze.
Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, always accommodating my requests promptly. Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay during my business trip and focus solely on my work. The quiet atmosphere was also a plus, with minimal ambient noise, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation's location, surrounding infrastructure, facilities, and service. I can confidently recommend this hotel not only to business travelers but also to leisure travelers. If I ever return to this area, I will choose this place again without hesitation.

DDabingdabingdabingI booked a hotel along Line 3 because I was attending a concert at the Goyang Sports Complex. The location is excellent, near Hwajeong Station, six subway stops from the Goyang Sports Complex (Dahua Station). It's a seven or eight minute walk from Exits 3 or 4. There are plenty of restaurants along the way, and you'll pass the Deyang District Government, where there's a small park. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the venue. The room was decent, with a more traditional hotel feel. The receptionist was occasionally away, and I couldn't call the number provided by the front desk even with my data SIM card, so I had to wait, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything else was good.

GGuest UserIt was nice to have a big TV that became neat and Netflix and Disney Plus. It was nice to have towels and amenities without shortage. The biggest drawback is that you have to take the elevator for parking. It was so scary ...^^ And it was a room at the entrance of the corridor, but it was noisy. The bedding was comfortable and nice.

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.
