Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a twin room for free. The room was on a high floor with a wide-open view and beautiful scenery outside the window. It was clean, bright, tidy, and well-ventilated, with all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient, quiet, and livable. The service was warm and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We had a very comfortable check-in experience and will definitely choose this place again for our next stay.

The soft-bristled toothbrush gently cleans without hurting gums, and the shampoo and body wash produce a rich lather, leaving hair feeling fresh and skin moisturized, with a subtle, sophisticated fragrance that isn't overpowering. The thick, anti-slip slippers are wonderfully soft to walk on, making the bathroom experience very safe. The pure cotton towels are super fluffy, highly absorbent, and don't shed. Mineral water and classic tea bags are provided, and the soap is moisturizing with a pleasant scent. Even small items like the comb and paper cups are of good quality, individually packaged for cleanliness and convenience. We felt comfortable and reassured throughout our stay – the attention to detail truly impressed us!

Extremely satisfied, had a very comfortable stay. This hotel was definitely a bonus for my trip. When checking in, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded me to an executive room for free. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full-length and makeup mirrors. I appreciated the thoughtful details, like the alcohol wipes in the bathroom, and both room-temperature and chilled mineral water in the room. They even had disposable paper cups with a 'sanitized' sticker. All these little touches made for a very pleasant stay. Atour also offers many items for purchase via phone, such as disposable underwear and towels, at reasonable prices, delivered by a robot in under half an hour. During my stay, I wasn't feeling well, probably due to lack of sleep, so I ordered a foldable foot spa and foot bath packets. After soaking my feet, I felt incredibly comfortable, and the price was just right. Upon checkout, the staff member even gave us two bottles of mineral water. So comfortable! Highly recommended!

This hotel offers great value for money, with free parking and complimentary laundry service. We checked in quite late, but they kindly allowed us an hour late check-out without any extra charge.

The service attitude is very good. The hotel is just on the roadside and close to the airport, and the transportation is very convenient. When I left, the store owner gave me a small specialty, a very delicate small wooden comb. I met all the good people in Xiamen in just one day. I will come again next time hahahaha

The hotel is located not far from Xiamen Gaoqi Airport, yet despite being so close, you can't hear any airplane noise at all. They offer an airport shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes. You simply need to contact the staff via WeChat once you arrive at the airport; they are very responsive, and it took us less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The room condition was excellent and true to the photos. The bathroom has a well-thought-out layout with separate zones for the shower and toilet. The room was free of any cigarette smoke, and the walls are thick, so we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. All necessary amenities were provided, and average breakfast.

The hotel is super clean and the staff is really kind. They welcome me with a fresh cup of tea with a big smile. They have a small gym and the laundry room that has everything you need to clean and hygiene your clothes. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is various and fresh. I will come back next time I will go to see my friends. 10/10.
