Very good, very high class, located in the heart of the Pennsylvania Square in Lancaster Town, very luxurious, carpeted, breakfast, waiter, good breakfast, a bit expensive, good service

Breakfast can be full, no meat. I don't have an extra bed, so I don't know if I can have an extra bed There is a large parking lot, close to the college and the train station. All aspects are good. The only downside is that the air conditioning sound is too loud, the room is not very soundproof, and the sound of the ice machine is really noisy.

This hotel that looks like a steamboat is very clean, has high-end linens and bedding, marble bathrooms, and antique furniture in some of their rooms. Steamboat Inn also has an indoor pool, restaurant, bar, gift shop, and coffee and cookies in the lobby. The back yard looks like a park with pond and children's area. Everyone on the staff is extremely nice. Location is very convenient - close to Amish country, American Music Theater, and outlets. The small drinks in the bar should be larger considering the price.

Every time I come to live, the facilities are old, but it is relatively clean, the front desk service is good, I never get more deposits, it is convenient to go shopping and eating nearby, cost-effective

My wife and I have been coming to the Best Western Eden Resort for the past 4 years . The staff is courteous and very helpful the rooms were great. However this most recent visit on Oct 12 somethings had changed . Upon coming back form a nite out we decide to make coffee much to my disappointment the coffee pot was quite dirty . As it was very late my wife decided not to call but just to clean it herself with the help of Clorox wipes and a towel she was able to get it clean (she never goes to any hotel without these even before covid )the light in the shower stall was not working and the clothes line that was in the shower was missing . These are not major things however the fact that the coffee pot was dirty was a disappointment as this is a 4 star hotel .If it had not been quite late with out hesitation the front desk would have been notified .We did notify the front desk later just so they are ware and to notify house keeping .This will not deter us from coming back. Once again it may not be a major thing but it needs to be addressed ....

Very friendly staff, clean facilities. may need renovation soon with bathroom shower stalls.

New hotel which is why we booked. The breakfast was mediocre. Could do with a healthy option like plain greek yoghurt. 24/7 coffee wasn't really a thing: after about 10pm the lights in the breakfast area of the lobby were turned off and the coffee cold or often removed completely.

There are dozens of good motels and hotels in the general area. Pick any one but this one. I can just see the response... ”We are just gutted....” ”...working hard to meet standards.” It's been like this for years. Dirty, dated, skeevy, staff who are not helpful. Not only was I told there was no housekeeping, we couldn't get more towels. There is no breakfast of any type. The smell of dirty carpet and curry in the hallways. Shady people hanging out in the parking area.
