Clean, spacious, and very affordable. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend.

Shelter at bathroom is too low. Breakfast is not delicious at all.

The hotel looked very new and clean, and it was conveniently located in the city. The welcome drinks were refreshing and delicious, especially the bael fruit juice. The staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the crispy morning glory salad was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. My only issue was with the shower temperature—the water was still warm even when I turned it fully to cold, and when I switched to hot, it became extremely hot. I’m not sure if it was because of the unusually hot weather during my stay. The bed was very soft and comfortable, though personally I prefer a mattress that’s a little firmer.

My room key does not work. The reception sent to security with the same key which obviously did not work. He opens the door with his own master key and took away the defective room key Altus to go to the room which needs the key to power up the room. Problem was not resolved and we used the defective key to power up the room since we will be checking out the next day. A blackout happened shortly lasting about 10 minutes. Breakfast is very basic. Not impressed.

Overall, it's a good and clean hotel in the centre of Lampang. Service and English language knowledge can be improved though.

Probably the best choice in town of Lampang. It's located in the middle of the town, ample room space with mediocre amenities. Breakfast choices have Khao Soi, some chilli paste, fried rice and some western dishes.

This hotel is probably the best in the area, located right in the city center, within walking distance of the Bell Tower and the riverside. The parking lot is huge, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The room itself is very spacious; we could easily open two large suitcases without any trouble. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, a great stay!
