Facilities are newer and well kept. I have zero complaints admit my stay here. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I woke up to late for the breakfast or I'd comment on that as well.

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was nice and extremely clean that’s a plus for me. The staff very nice but especially I want to give thanks to the maintenance guy for helping me open my room door while my daughters were in the room sleeping with the latch on the door I couldn’t get them to wake up and open the door so ty maintenance for your help on this matter. Love the outdoor pool! Will defenitely be booking here again soon!!

Surprisingly nice hotel. My room was clean and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the comfort of the mattress and the softness of the sheets. Water pressure in the shower was not good, so I’m going to knock of a star for that. Also, the “down” button outside the elevators on the third floor was missing, so if you wanted to head down to the lobby, you had to hit the “up” button to summon the elevator. I could see this being a problem when the hotel is busy and many people are trying to use the elevators. Breakfast was ok. Not amazing, but adequate and definitely better than other “free” breakfasts I’ve had at hotels. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so I think that’s why it’s cheaper than many of the hotels in the area. However, it’s convenient to the Mile High stadium which I was the location of the event I was in Denver for.

We stayed here a couple days on a college visit trip for my daughter. This hotel was a very positive contrasting experience vs our stay at a different chain in Amarillo. The gym was pretty complete with I think 4 treadmills along with elliptical and free weights. The towels in the gym were clean, smelled nice and were like thick bath towels. The room was clean and there were adequate towels and washcloths. The reception folks were nice and always acknowledged us when we came or went. Parking was easy and well lit. There were an adequate number of elevators. They put us in a higher floor when we checked in since our room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM. Our room was comfortable and clean. There weren't kids running up and down the hallway and we didn't hear noise coming from other rooms. I have nothing to complain about. It was all positive. Oh, and the included breakfast was excellent. They didn't over hype it, it was just very good by typical complimentary breakfast American hotel standards. Wifi was complimentary and worked fine. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The recommended restaurants was a nice, but I'd suggest 2 changes. Pepper's Asian bistro was much better than the recommended Thai Pot Cafe unless you specifically want Pad Thai. We ate at both. For Italian I'd recommend North Italia, which they listed but wasn't a staff recommended.

I picked this hotel on a whim based on reviews. It cost about $20 more than comparables, and I'm glad I chose this place! Staff was super helpful and got me a room that met my goals. The location is really convenient, and surprisingly quiet (and I'm funny about this). I paid $10 extra to get the suite instead of the studio, which gives you a door between the living area and sleeping/bathroom - really nice. When I have the fan running on the Heat/Air, I can't hear anything, and I slept very well. The deco is pleasant and bright, things are clean. I was surprised that this has a full studio kitchen (minus an oven), but super handy. The hot breakfast options were very good (hot eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits/gravy) plus cold assortments. I enjoyed my night so much I stayed an extra night - and surprise, the hot breakfast was different, and equally good (two different egg souflets, chorizo/potato burritos, waffles). . They have a firepit that's quite popular (claim your seats early), and with the right room you can catch a nice view of the sunset behind a vast wall of mountains on the horizon.

My arrival and check in was apparently a sign of things to come for my week long stay at this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 4:15 pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. I asked if there was another king room available and was told no. Since it was a king room I said I would wait, but was then told it’s not available. What do you mean it’s not available? She said it’s”just not”. Ok. then can I get a room away from the interstate and elevator. No problem she said since the hotel doesn’t have an elevator you don’t have to worry about the noise. I get assigned a room on the second floor at the north end of the hotel right next to the interstate- so I turn on the AC to drown out the noise. It’s old, dirty and squeaky. Also with bad knees and luggage. Seriously second floor? No other rooms are available but I can checked back the next day and move rooms. That’s a huge inconvenience. No thank you. This hotel seems like no one’s really cares about it or managing it. The customer service is disappointing, the hallways were never vacuumed during my week long stay, there was no service to the rooms so you have to hunt down a housekeeper for towels and toilet paper or walk down the hallway, flights of steps, down another hallway to the front desk. And good luck trying to find someone there. The front desk staff are seldom attending the front desk, and if a guest needs something they have to yell to the back room to get someone’s attention. The one gal was extremely rude on two different occasions as tho we were a bother to her. I spoke to Sean about this and he said he would add 20,000 points to my Marriott BonVoy account and apologized on her behalf. No points have yet been added. There’s no working elevator, there’s no shuttle or restaurants within walking distance and their bistro has very limited hours so there are no options for meals unless you pay for an Uber or Lyft - which are expensive in the Lakewood area. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, basically they’ve installed new carpet and drapes. I had to switch rooms because of the old, noisy AC unit in my first room, the rooms remain dark with minimal lighting, no upgrade to the bathroom or fixtures except the tile floor. Not the quality or service a guest excepts of a Marriott hotel.

Very good, much better than I imagined

An Excellent stay it was indeed for me! The accommodations are some of the best I have ever had the privilege to enjoy on kinda short notice, it seemed at the time. My Suite was designed nearly Excellently....I just Loved it!! You can do as you will discreetly....much like being in the comforts of your own dream home, it seems! Being in the middle of demographic changes like I am, this site property premises become a most welcome discovery for me in such a great location, with local venue options in near perfect location to these suites! This being the case with future job obligations rising accordingly. Such terrific dining service, Excellent food for a daily meal! I felt very much at home for a change, rather than just typical lodging facility. Just all-around Excellent Service by an Excellent Staff!! Thank You All So Much for now!!
