I had asked for early check-in and they were able to go above and beyond to accommodate me. I really appreciated that! The hotel seems new, is very clean and has a host of amenities - fitness center, pool, complimentary breakfast. I didn't think that it was nosy and the location was perfect for me. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, turkey and pork sausage, pancakes, muffins, an assortment of breads and a wide variety of juice, milks, coffees. etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Marriott TownePlace Suites in Lakeland, and Sylvia made my visit exceptional. Her professionalism and warm demeanor were truly commendable. She went above and beyond with fantastic coffee shop suggestions that added a delightful touch to my trip. Sylvia's care and assistance were invaluable!

The equipment is very old and the room smells

The room was large but smelled stale like mildew or mold. The carpet was not very clean and had a ridge under the carpet like the floor was buckled or something like that. The blinds in this room did not work. Breakfast was a bag of not much. Had panhandlers in the parking lot approaching customers.
