Pool area and room were very nice! Staff was mostly polite. Hall floors were pretty dirty and the fire alarm went off just before kidnight with instructions to evacuate. Woke my family of 4 in a hurry of course, we were on the third floor. Rush downstairs to be told its fine go back to your room. Thats it. About 45 minutes later it sounded again but went off before we made it to the stairs.

I love that we had a 3 bed option, not many places offer this. We absolutely loved the pool area.
Some of the things we didnt like..The floors were so nasty, not in our room but everywhere else, like hallways, elevator. The heater/ac unit made a loud noise when it was on(all night). The mini fridge also made a vibration noise all night. So no sleep for guests. Over all the stay was ok and probably wouldnt stay again.

The pool was cloudy, the hot tub was dirty and not hot, and clean pool towels were empty. Breakfast was crowded and not stocked well. Safe property, clean rooms...disappointed with amenities as mentioned.

Pool was closed . They said they emailed about it but i verified all emails received and there was nothing. They was no effort to compensate ir other solutions.

The hot tub was cold took 2 hours to heat up had to keep turning the jets on the have hot water

Wonderful place, definitely used but that’s okay gives it character. My 4 year old and I loved the pool! ❤️ So much more amenities there as well!! Free Breakfast in the morning as well!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We sure will be back soon! ❤️

From the moment you walk in the place is very open, clean, and welcoming. We stayed in a single king bed room and everything was VERY clean. The guests were quiet at the perfect times. And breakfast in the morning was very tasty and had many options. Any time we passed by any employees they greeted us and were very kind.
