Comfort Suites Lake Charles

The tub was slow to drain,and the Eggs was horrible. Elevator smell like ass and room smell liked feet.

There was hair and dust on the edge of the bathtub. There was stuff splattered on the walls. The elevator was rusty. The area felt unsafe. Housekeeping was cleaning when I left my room at 4:30 am for coffee. I didn’t feel safe leaving my purse in my room. The half and half offered for coffee was 6 weeks expired.

Great staff, good breakfast, my only complaint is I asked for a I got an accessible room but the tub was not a walk in tub and that’s what I needed, other than that everything was great, very neat and clean rooms and property.

Terrible hotel room was very dirty blood on sheets, stains everywhere residue everywhere stains on sofa I’ve never been to a comfort Inn this nasty

The rooms were filthy! Sheets on the bed had yellow tint from being old and dirty, lamps, baseboards, doors were dusty and dirty! The air condition unit in the room was packed with dirt and dust and did not work, requested another room and it was not too much better. Will not stay at this hotel again!

The room was fine, the lady who worked the evening on both nights we were there was very rude!!

We had an excellent stay and interaction with the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked fine. The breakfast was poor, the quality of the building shouts out for renovation.

Room could use some paint water stains on window shade and some water spots in walls. Friendly staff when we checked in and comfortable bed. The room did smell a little weird at first, maybe just a cleaner than ik not a fan of. I think a fresh coat of paint over the whole hotel would imprive the look alot. Great breakfast selection.
