Four Points by Sheraton Lagos Reviews

Four Points is a good hotel and location for a business trip, and it met my expectations. Internet stability and connectivity in my room was good enough for basic use and calls, but I was involved in some more intensive work during my trip and found I could not access functions which required more bandwidth as easily as I would have liked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the shower wasn't always hot in the morning. Staff were excellent, and very helpful, although the ATM machine was not reliable and had run out of cash when I needed to pay for a cab. Overall, it's a dependable and pleasant hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.

Great service, good food excellent environment and secured location. The room was well lit and comfortable.

The room is quite humid, the sanitary conditions are average, and the bathroom occasionally leaks

The rooms are pretty good, quite big and clean. The only thing is that I lost a mobile phone. I don’t know if it was taken away by the sanitation staff.

In Lagos, this hotel is not bad. Great meal!

Loved the experience, it’s a complete package hotel Everything checked my boxes really apart from the lighting in the room, it gives a cozy vibe which is beautiful but I think more lighting could be considered

We had a good time and the staff were very cooperative. Thankful to Aderonke, Favour and Lawal for their professionalism and commitment to support our activity. Loved the arrangement of the Sun meeting room and how our meeting breaks were organized. Really appreciate the experience.

Overall nice hotel with following comments: Gym - well equipped. But need more regular cleaning and wiping of the equipments Room - the room I was in for nearly 4 weeks stay is just too dark at night. Many lights bulbs are out. Got to request for an extra standing lamp. Sauna and steam room - loving it. But should not restrict one tower per guest. Breakfast - should freshly cut the fruits and not pre-cut and refrigerator the night before. The watermelon is no longer juicy the next morning. Suggest to Invest new and extra coffee machine. TV the movies channels are very irritating. 50% of the 14 channels can't stream properly. Was told is due to problem by the movie service provider. If the channel not working properly, then SHUT IT DOWN. Don't leave the jerky and choppy screen irritate the guest. Most of the employees are very accommodating. Following Miss Elizabeth and Mr Ganiyu are worth mentioning. Lastly, Mr Fong here. Not Mr Bangke

The securities guys and every of the hospitality guys ( Aderonke,Mr Lawal, Itunu, Feranmi, Elizabeth etc) were so helpful.

Aderonke was about to cone through at the restaurant when I had small block and she did it exceptionally and professionally.

Aderoke was very professional and highly supportive, ensuring all the logistics are in place and functional, her eyes for details was very helpful Elizabeth was not left out.
