Hotels near Mirante do Morro do Cruzeiro, Lagoa Santa

We hosted the annual Jehovah witness congress in San José da Lapa and the hotel is a good distance from the meeting room, about 5 km. The hotel's garage is also very dirty with many trucks on the site. The breakfast is excellent, I liked it very much, the bed and the dressing are wonderful, I recommend and want to stay home again, the owner is half closed, it seems to be no education, but it's his way, when you pull pop, you see he's a good person.

Very good hotel, with great service (we had problems in the lock that were quickly resolved), excellent cleaning, well served breakfast, quiet parking, easy location and close trade (via Brazil and some pizzaries, I had no problem with the bedroom, but Renata was a little strange. One point goes to the acoustic isolation of the rooms, from which no external noise is heard, even in front of the street. I recommend, especially for those who intend to visit the Pampulha region, great cost x benefit!

Ótima opção para hospedagem próximo ao centro de convenções Ouro Minas. O café da manhã é excelente. Equipe muito atenciosa e quartos limpos e funcionais. Me hospedei para participar de um evento e me surpreendi com o custo benefício do hotel Stop Inn.

Hotel desk, parking, valet attendants were always kind & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean. Work out room & amenities well taken care of. Convenient location. Great breakfast, good food at restaurants - all the above I give 5 stars. However the organization of restaurant in the evening needs major attention, which is sad because the food is excellent, and so I give 2 stars as I’ll describe below. For our evening dinner we - and other guests waited more than an hour for food. It was obvious they were understaffed but no one checked in with us and it was hard to get their attention. When our food arrived, they forgot my elderly mother’s meal. Wait staff continued to not check in with us - and we felt ignored. Finally we spoke with staff and they got my mothers meal…about an additional 45 minutes later, we actually ate together. I complained to the restaurant manager and I was treated disrespectfully. I felt her meal needed to be compensated. His reply was “No - well she ate it didn’t she?” I was stunned by his rudeness and stood my ground that a 5 star hotel should not treat their guests this way. A waiter saw the ridiculous exchange and ended comping her meal. I noticed other hotel guests were frustrated too and had similar issues. At the very least all that needed to be done was for the staff to communicate,”Please be patient with us; were understaffed” etc. -That would’ve made a world of a difference.

The facilities are unsatisfactory. The bath water at night can only be a cold bath, and it is only hot in the morning. The floor of the floor is stained. The view of the deluxe room is the wall of the hotel. Very thin blankets, shabby towels. The air conditioner on the 17th seems to be the 22nd. The magnifying glass volleyed. The helpful and courteous staff, and the breakfast was perfect.

Water is an essential item that is extremely expensive, out of the ordinary. Bad pillows, good bed, good room space, small bathroom. Great breakfast! Complimentary and good garage. We won't be back.
