The soundproofing is not very good，can hear the sounds from next door clearly

very impressed by their service team, especially the kind lady Andrea, i hope i remember correctly, at the frontdesk. the way she takes care of guests won my respect. however, the kitchen area was a bit confined

The staff was amazing and so accommodating! Common areas were and well organized. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very courteous and the room was spotless. My only complaint was that the overhead lights were not very bright. With my aging eyes, I turned on almost every light in the room and still had trouble reading unless I was very close to a lamp. But overall, I really enjoyed the room and will likely come here again in the future.

Unfortunately, the room was not super clean when we arrived (there were M&Ms on the floor from the previous guests apparently). Also, when the staff came for refreshing the room, she forgot to leave toilet paper and tissues and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Plus she told us that because we had our PJs on the bed she didn’t make it. We had folded our PJs, in all other hotels they make the beds and leave the PJs under the pillows. The staff at the reception was always very friendly and helpful.

We were very happy with the facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The best thing was all of the towel holders in the bathroom.

We really liked the hotel – it's beautiful and elegant. The receptionist was friendly and helped us solve a few minor problems. The room had a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a large TV, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. However, the room was poorly cleaned – there was a thick layer of dust on the refrigerator, and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. The breakfast was good and varied (we especially liked that the tableware wasn't plastic), but on the second day the potatoes were poorly cooked – some pieces were still frozen. But overall, we were satisfied. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
