The pillow menu is a lovely touch. Rooms offer a comfortable setting to spend a romantic weekend. Sound proof of the room next to the reception could be improved. The rooms are spacious and immersed in nature and fields. They are clean and very modern. The mini bar is rich and tempting.

The Spa is in terrible condition, it is dirty, but worse than everything else is the smell of mold very intense. It goes without saying you go in a spa to relax, but if it stinks.......

Una degustazione che lascia il segno e non solo per i piatti. Servizio attento ma non pressante molto professionale, amore per la cucina e per il lavoro gli ingredienti che fanno grande questo ristorante, il risultato è eccellente. Ottimo il menu a 140 con i piatti storici dello chef. Cantina di vini molto fornita. Lo chef è u a persona meravigliosa

Anniversario di matrimonio, che celebrammo 7 anni fa all'Open Colonna, nel roof del Palazzo delle Esposizioni. Serata perfetta, dell'aperitivo, spritz al limoncello, allo champagne che ha accompagnato la nostra cena e in particolare uno dei nostri piatti preferiti, la tavolozza di Caravaggio, un piatto di carne e verdure straordinariamente gustoso e saporito che appare proprio come un'opera d'arte. Mercoledì sera, sala al completo ma lo chef e i suoi collaboratori hanno saputo regalare a tutti una serata molto speciale.

Location alle porte di Roma, quindi facilissima da raggiungere anche per un rapido weekend all'insegna del relax. Camere molto belle, ben arredate con amenities di qualità. La piscina esterna è il vero plus della struttura, dove potersi rilassare sorseggiando un bel cocktail o gustandosi un light lunch. Proposta gastronomica di livello, con lo chef Colonna che segue il tutto con presenza costante. Ottima la possibilità di pranzare nella loro trattoria, dove è possibile gustare i piatti della tradizione romana. Per la sera invece è consigliatissimo il ristorante gourmet con relativa stella michelin. Costo in linea con la location.

E’ il nome del vino che produce dalla vite posta difronte la piscina all’aperto… ed e’ il nome dello chef in dialetto labicano e cioè’ Antonello. A parte questo particolare che per pochi sarà’ piccolo per altri compreso il sottoscritto non lo e’ affatto… Detto questo e sono di parte dicendo che Antonello, il padre Andrea da dove e’ nato tutto da un osteria, mi hanno visto crescere, Gianluca il nipote e il futuro e tutti i ragazzi, dalla brigata in cucina, fino al giardiniere che cura il tutto come uno “chef stellato”. Erano 30 anni che non vedevo Antonello e per la prima volta mi sono preso un pomeriggio per andarlo a trovare e regalarmi con mia moglie una giornata a 5 stelle in piscina… Dovrei lasciare commenti e giudizi su tutto, giustamente per dare ad altri “dritte” se venire o non venire da Antonello….! Chi mi conosce benissimo sa che non faccio sconti a nessuno a prescindere dalle conoscenze personali… e 30 anni sono tanti…. in questo caso… Non e’ per tutti se si guardano i prezzi ma li vale tutti, io non sono ricco e non stampo euro… ma il bello e’ proprio nell’Antonello Colonna Resort parlo di lui e delle persone che lo circondano… fanno ricchi anche chi non lo e’…. !
