Dolomit Boutique Hotel

Delightful structure, really neat, clean rooms with a view of the Dolomites. It is located a stone's throw from the ski lifts. The breakfast is very good as I like it, jams, milk, cereals etc etc. Staff helpful and courteous. I used the restaurant about which I can only say positive things, the menu is essential and for this they manage to take care of the quality. There is the possibility of eating pizza, they have a wood-burning oven, but here my rating drops to sufficient. Advise? Without any doubt!

The website shows the available rooms by date, but you will get a room in the same class that is available on site. We booked the "Mela" room after doubting for an hour and received confirmation. Then they send you an unclear email to "deposit 1/4 of the total amount into their account", without a clear statement. I paid this one. I called a week in advance to ask if we could have a breakfast to go and as early as possible. Immediately very friendly "no problem, this is possible from 7.15 am, but call again a day in advance to be sure". I called the day before arrival to confirm, again "no problem, just say again on arrival". We also did this. Upon arrival, we were greeted in the following way: "You're there, right? We hadn't received any confirmation, but since you did call, we assumed you were coming." Then we received a random room that was not our style at all and paid the full amount for it. I checked this afterwards and saw that I had paid the advance and received confirmation from the “Mela room”. I called the landlady and questioned her. She corrected the payment error and about the room she said "you have 1 of the better rooms and the one you wanted the guests often call corny". But the "sale e pepe" is black and white and the "mela" is bright green with more modern bathroom. The next morning the (very friendly and helpful) woman who served breakfast knew nothing and we quickly took something from the buffet and put it in bags.

Hotel on the road towards Badia, a short walk from the center of la Villa. The hotel is modernly refurbished, with clean and welcoming rooms. The breakfast plentiful and very good. the very kind staff, The only drawback: our room had the windows above the restaurant, so we often had to keep the window ajar; even the bathroom window that overlooks the small terrace of the next room is not very functional. A special greeting to the ski instructor Graziella, who cheered our breakfasts with her kindness and sympathy.

We have just returned from a motorcycle trip in the beautiful Dolomites. What can I say ... Dolomit Boutique Hotel is nice, clean, attention to detail. Staff helpful, kind and pleasant. Super breakfast and catering. Fantastic pool and garden :) We hope to be able to go back this winter and be able to see La Villa, dressed in white. Thank you! Frances and Albert
