All Suites Appart Hôtel | Bassin d'Arcachon - Dune du Pilat

It seems to me that the hotel has been renovated, and everything is truly perfect. The view of the lake and the pool, the tranquility, and the kindness of the staff at the front desk. And, of course, the location, close to Arcachon, La Teste, the Dune du Pilat, Gujan Mestras... In short, the Arcachon Basin, and also close to Bordeaux, Médoc, and St Emilion...

It was horrible! The hygiene was deplorable; everything was very dirty. The breakfast, at €14, was expensive, had little variety, and wasn't very substantial. When we arrived, we were assigned a different room from the one we booked with a lake view. After complaining, they switched us. There was no air conditioning; only an old ceiling fan. We had to buy a fan just to be able to sleep.

The apartment was clean, though the balcony could use a thorough cleaning. The hotel turned out to be noisy, especially on the parking lot side, particularly due to linen delivery at 5 AM. We noticed a lack of dishes, with only 3 cups for 4 people, and regarding cutlery, we recommend bringing your own knives as the ones provided in the room are not functional. The evening staff did not demonstrate optimal friendliness, which is regrettable, especially in a customer service context.

The hotel is truly beautiful. Part of the view was spoiled by construction, but the other side is magnificent, and it's close to everything, with a shopping center right across from the hotel. The welcome was very friendly and warm. The apartment hotel was impeccably clean, and everything was at your disposal! A small downside is the condition of the hotel's parking lot and the lack of on-site service; you have to go to another hotel to pick up the key, and then go to yet another hotel, completely on the other side, for breakfast. However, for the price, it's reasonable, especially for the view at sunrise and sunset!

On my reservation, it stated a king-size bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together! Plus, it said 'air conditioning,' but there was none (only a useless ceiling fan with temperatures over 40 degrees that day).

Very good welcome, but a very bad room, or rather, very poorly located... It was at the end of a corridor, with no natural light from outside, and worst of all, right next to an exterior door. Every time it closed, everything in the room shook – the walls, everything! Not great. 😞

Chose this place for the Electric Fans Day 2026 event at the racecourse – great location, good value for money. We had a late check-in due to road conditions, but a check-out time of 11 AM was possible. The kitchenette offered great independence. Plus, there's a lovely lake view! However, it could get hot quickly without proper thermal insulation paired with a heat pump; the ceiling fan would be ineffective in high temperatures.

Spacious, well-equipped, and practical apartment/hotel room. The staff were very kind, friendly, and professional. Had a great stay.
