Elise is the sweetest darling. She designed and organised this beautiful and convenient room with her passion. She helps so much on arranging our trip, and the room itself if also super clean and comfy. Especially the nice bed and pillow!
Will definitely come back another summer.

Apartment very well located and clean but very poorly insulated, you can hear the noise from other apartments and the sheets were not very comfortable

It was an excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants and only a couple blocks from the train station. The rooms are clean, thoughtfully laid out and the bed was very comfortable. Elisa and Simone were helpful and quick to respond to all our questions.

Great place to stay and so close to the station. The rooms were lovely and clean and our hosts Elisa and Simone were so friendly and helpful. Elisa went out of her way to help with anything and make some suggestions for us. We didn't want to leave!

We could not have had a better experience in La Spezia. There are not many hotels in the area and it was great. It is very close to the Cinque Terre train station. The hosts were amazing and made the trip special with excellent restaurant recommendations and parking arrangements. The micro hotel is in a big old building but when you arrive the rooms are big and comfortable. The only drawback was the very small old elevator which we used to transport our luggage.

Great Airbnb so convenient to everything. We stayed in room 5. The room was clean, spacious, the bed was a king very comfortable. There was additional pillows for us to choose from. The air-conditioning work great, even though you were in the heart of downtown it was super quiet. The Bathroom was large and the shower has great water pressure. Elisa, was very helpful in recommending places to eat at. Super nice gave us directions. There is a laundromat across the circle from here. Would highly recommend this Airbnb in the future. If you are going to do Cinco Terre, this is the place to stay. You are literally a block and a half from the train station.

Unfortunately, the visit was a little longer ago, in 2019 to be precise. At that time, my girlfriend and I were on a tour of Italy. Today we talked about it again and this accommodation has remained positive in our thoughts. The room was just perfect, it was clean, beautiful and you just felt comfortable. The owner was very friendly and always had an open ear for questions. If we come to La Spezia again then we will stay at this accommodation.

We stayed a weekend at this property and everything was magnificent. Very nice room, inside a historic building, a few steps from the train station, to easily reach the train to the 5 Terre. Elisa and Simone welcomed us very well, offering us a coffee and advice that proved to be indispensable for our stay. They advised us where to find free parking, where to dine in good restaurants, offered us different choices for all price ranges and even booked for us. Elisa is super helpful, leave her phone number so you can contact her via whatsapp at any time for any advice. Finally, they also granted us the possibility of a late check-out, so that we could go back to the room and enjoy a shower after the day at the 5 terre. A place to return!
