Hotel Boutique Terra Diaguita & Spa

Nice, but not for us. I’m sure some folks would like this hotel, but it wasn’t to our taste. As a tall person, I found the bathroom and public areas quite difficult to navigate. There were many oddities about the stay, but the service staff were all polite and extremely helpful

Hit and Miss Disappointed as an elderly couple that the allocated room was not in the main building and on the first floor of the annexe with no lift and facing onto what at times was a very noise street.Staff were very good and the breakfast had a good selection.

It's a wonderful hotel. The room was spotless with very comfy bed. Good service. It has a garden where you can sit and enjoy the day or evening. Also, just a block away from the main shopping street.

*On the plus side: the garden is very pretty and the breakfast was delicious, props to the hard working ladies in the kitchen and the cleaning service as it was spotless. Aside from that, not a good experience at all!!!!* When I arrived, they tried to give me a room in a whole different building, with “colonial style”, that had no blinds and huge set of stairs to the bed!!! It was not like the pictures at all and I complained many times until they finally offered a room that seemed decent in the main hotel area. The service was bad as they couldn’t care less that they were trying to abuse the system by giving me another low grade room across the street. The reception suggested a restaurant, honestly one if the worst I have ever been, called Mare y Bombo. Extremely expensive, also bad service (you can see their reviews which speaks for itself). Lastly the were unhelpful at the hotel and never mentioned services like tbe massage whch comes included in the price. I also had a morning tour and they did not allow an early pre made breakfast which could have taken them 2 minutes to prepare the day before. I could have even prepared it myself. Oh and the noise was really bad. I constantly heard people walking above me. Location in the center felt unsafe at night.
