Great location, great hotel, pay parking right beside hotel so just do it instead of driving around aimlessly. Restaurant and bar were pretty good too. I would recommend

First time I came the first time to this hotel and place as a recommendation from a friend and when I arrived after the breakfast the staff was not around and cleaning and there was nobody at the bar in the morning and I had to wait so long for a coffee. Two guys was standing in the restaurant and I asked them if there is somebody that can help me for just a coffee but they just told me I must go back and someone will come but only after 15min I managed to get a coffee not good I decide to leave and go to the corner shop down the road that gave me much better welcome and service. I decided to stay at the hotel and give them a second chance and this time much better the bar staff very friendly and welcoming and the food was good. Would recommend the Pha Thai. The rooms: Basic very gray and decor needs some color for the price maybe not the best compared to the quality the reception its so amazing and when you get to the rooms it’s very dull. Toilet super small. The bed very comfortable and rooms is clean. But over all I like the bar staff so 5 star. Thank you for a great stay see you next time.

Verry nice restaurant and personnel, This hotel was so warm and cozy, all details with care taken care of, best variety for breakfast.Nice place to stay for a long time to make you feel like home! Definetely will come again here!

This hotel is overpriced and offers none of the amenities you would expect of a four star establishment. I’d booked it based on my very positive experience at the Mercure in Pau. It was disappointing. No pool and no parking. There is a multi-storey car park on the same street but if you drive anything larger than a Smart Car you’ll be stuck for a space. It was also full. The room- advertised as a superior room- was tiny and offered no soap, shampoo, cainditioner, vanity kit or shower cap that was provided in Pau. A bottle dispensing all purpose soap does not count when the overnight price was 194 euros - no breakfast included. Dinner was overpriced. The bar was over priced and over decorated stuffed with endless trinkets.

Really enjoyed the stay. It felt like a cosy home - had everything I could ask for! Accually didnt even want to leave it daytime! Tried both restaurants and they were really really good. Kind and serviceminded staff all over. My best recommendations!

Restaurant bistro de très bonne qualité . Saveurs présentation de l’assiette originalité tout été présent. Le service a été au top avec Anthony qui est à l’écoute de ses clients avec de bons conseils et observateur. Très sympathique. Le cadre est également cosy.

Alors commence par le côté positif, la salle de petit déjeuner est très agréable. Le Buffet est copieux avec des produits de bonne qualité…. Et des produits frais ce qui est très agréable !!! Le cadre est cosy, chic agressif et la jeune fille très sympathique et aux petits soins…C’est un très bon moment , l’accueil a la réception franchement pas terrible. La personne au comptoir hautain et froid. La chambre en elle-même….Bof +++ C’est un hôtel de chaîne , sans intérêt et la salle de bain encore moins, literie agressive, l’hôtel est bien placé,… parking 🅿️ payant à proximité, ne nous laissera pas un souvenir impérissable.
