Loved this hotel. If you're visiting La Paz as a tourist, this location is great because it's near a lot of attractions, and also is where a lot of the tours originate from. I had an early bus arrival from Uyuni. My room wasn't ready that early in the morning, but they have a restaurant next door I enjoyed a comfortable wait in. The wifi wasn't the strongest in the room, but I was able to complete a hour long video call without issue. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was great. The room was very comfortable, clean and warm. The shower would get quite hot within a minute or two. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again the next time I am in La Paz.

Centrally located but can be quite noisy since it's near to the witches market. The room is ok for a short stay.

Location is perfect with everything you need right at your doorstep. The hotel itself could do with a deep clean (shower wasn’t very nice or hot most days) but otherwise not bad. Reception kinda just ignored you most of the time. I think if you plan on being out and about most days it’s fine for the location and price.

Very clean hotel

Spent 2 nights here travelling from Peru to La Paz. The location is perfect for Peru/Bolivia Hop travellers as it’s their pick up point. It’s next to Witches Market and 10 minutes walk to San Francisco Church. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is relatively new. Breakfast included was just ok. Would be good if there was a toaster for the bread. At the guests lobby area, there’s free coca tea and kettle self service which was nice if you have altitude sickness in the highest city in the world. We had a city view which was beautiful at night. Our room 510 was quiet so we had a good rest travelling from Peru.

Simple, clean, easy for transfers

While I'm giving it five stars because of the diligent follow-up from Ctrip customer service, the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the main square and about ten minutes from the purple cable car. It has an elevator, a restaurant, and a decent breakfast. However, one of the staff at the front desk was extremely indifferent. Our room, on the sixth floor, lacked towels, toothbrush cups, chairs, and floor mats upon check-in. The entrance light was off, making the room dimly lit. We booked a twin room but were given a spacious triple room, though there were very few electrical outlets; we had to squat to boil water, and we brought our own kettle as there weren't any in the room! During our two-night stay, Ctrip continued to follow up and address the missing items we requested, which we appreciated!

We stayed in a deluxe double room (two single beds) for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located near the Witch Market, and nearby attractions are within walking distance. The room was spacious enough for two people. The decor was a bit dated, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. The room had heating, which, although old, was a great feature, as it got chilly at night. A comforter and a blanket were provided, which were actually quite thick and warm. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area and provided towels, shampoo, and soap. The water temperature was good and the hot water was strong. There was no hairdryer. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The breakfast selection was limited, but the food was decent. The front desk was open 24 hours, making currency exchange convenient, although the rates weren't great. There was also an ATM next to the hotel.

The facilities were convenient and the staff were friendly, so I had a good rest. However, the towels were unexpectedly old and felt dirty, to the point where they were difficult to use. That is the only downside.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very central location. Clean and tidy rooms, hot shower. A generous breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options. Highly recommended.
