We were very upset with this hotel overall. Seemed like it’s getting closed any day now.
Particularly, the sheets had stains, the smell was funny in some parts of the room, the shower had very poor water pressure, had a weird smell and slimy floor.
They didn’t have any toothbrushes (??), they forgot to do the room cleaning one day, the staff was almost all very new to their jobs and the service did not reflect the price.
The food in the restaurant was not awful but far from being good too. The water in the room is put in the bottles that do not close properly, so you kind of worry about the water quality as well.
The view was nice, but that doesn’t pay off the price of the room.

The hotel has a beautiful view and is located just outside the main city centre. Great amenities provided in the room. Staff was friendly. However, due to language barrier they could not understand some of our food requirements. Overall great experience and will come back and stay in this hotel again.

Overall nice stay
Beautiful property. We would stay again! The only problem we had were the mosquitos. They are very bad so beware and be prepared. Especially if you’re renting a bungalow — We have welts on our faces and arms from them. The hotel staff was kind and gave us spray but, the mosquitos were still really bad even with spray.
The pool and beach club were really nice experiences and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Beautiful views!!

Hotel is amazing. Staff was extremely helpful in making it memorable, service was very attentive and it was easy being there. Loved the beach access and beach club available to guests. Breakfast was great in the mornings. Will definitely return on our next trip and HIGHLY recommend.

ok- I put walkable- it is 2 miles into town. But it is a very nice walk. The town has done an unbelievable job creating this long path into town. The property was great. They know how to make good cocktails! Lastly, this could be the best town I have ever been too... not in Mexico... anywhere. Safe, clean, laid back. Truly a wonderful place with great people!
