The hotel is well located, away from the city, in a quiet area yet close to everything. The breakfast buffet was basic; I would recommend having an open kitchen so guests could order food. The suite was very nice, but the views were blocked by two enormous pine trees. Also, to access the hotel, we had to enter through the garage as there is no ramp or bridge connecting the hotel to the sidewalk.

During my stay, I encountered the limitation that the television only allowed me to watch basic over-the-air channels, without access to streaming platforms like Netflix, YouTube, etc. Nor was it possible to connect an external device, such as a Chromecast. The television seemed restricted, with the buttons locked, preventing any additional entertainment options. I believe that nowadays, offering streaming content options or allowing guests to connect their own devices is standard practice in most hotels, especially those aiming to provide a quality experience. The lack of these amenities resulted in a less enjoyable stay than expected, affecting my overall assessment of the service.

Very elegant, very good conditions, we have repeated and will do so again.

The service was good, except that when we requested a service they took a long time, and there was no number in the room to call reception.

The hotel was perfect, incredible treatment, the room was very good, with a balcony and the breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. I would return without a doubt.

Satisfied overall. Only problem, our coffee maker didn't work. The only suggestion made was to have a coffee at the hotel restaurant and pay. The least we could have done was to offer coffee, I think. Despite this, a nice hotel and pleasant staff.

It has been a quite favorable experience, removing the bathroom facilities that needed maintenance

The hotel is very well located and very nice. I recommend it and in the future I would stay again.
