Pleasant hotel in a very good location. Clean rooms, lovely evening meals and a nice, hot sauna. The staff, for the most part, were very friendly and helpful, however the service in the restaurant was sometimes a little bit slow - in particular being offered a drink in a timely manner, but the excellent food did counter this.

A friendly hotel in a great location in the centre of the resort close to the lifts and bars & restaurants. The hotel itself is a little tired and in need of a refurb. The bar/restaurant area was lively but lacks any charm. Our room was on the small side but the bathroom was new and clean. The sauna area in the hotel basement was quite basic. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and overall the hotel is value for money but if you want a little more finesse then look elsewhere.

Smallish (?30 rooms) but very cosy hotel in a perfect location in the centre of town. Rooms are warm and clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. Sauna is a bonus - just make sure you book it in advance. Ski locker room. We were half board. Breakfast simple but adequate. 3 course Evening meal very good. Choices for each course. Staff all very friendly.

Small rooms for a couple with no room to move. Poor choice of food and slow service in restaurant. They offered the same menu every night and or over-priced a-la-carte options. Most options seems to consist of cheese, blueberries or both.

Just as required - no frills but friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, walking distance to everything necessary! The room is not huge, but the large bathroom makes up for this. Generous terrace

I had a short stay here with girlfriends for a short ski weekend. Situated in a great location for everything in La Clusaz-which incidentally is a gorgeous little mountain town. The bedrooms are a little tired but have everything you need and we very much enjoyed having a balcony. There is ski storage and parking and the restaurant is very nice and had a nice atmosphere. Food was variable and i would encourage you to explore the local restaurants. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Travelled with friends. Hotel is not luxurious but location, staff, food and drink quality more than make up for it. I’m sure reinvesting is in their plans because rooms and boot room facilities could do with improvements. Had two meals, 6 breakfasts and multiple drinks here and would definitely stay again.

We were 2 couples staying at the Christiania last weekend. Reviews of the restaurant had indicated that it was very well known for its seafood/fish. I can confirm that this is not the case. The restaurant is however, incredibly busy and popular with an interesting menu of local Savoyard dishes and brasserie style and delicious. The staff, in particular Axel, Manon and Annelise worked tirelessly and efficiently always with a big smile! Breakfast is plentiful and fresh - just what’s needed. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for baths/showers. The carpets in the corridors and the corridors themselves could do with some attention as they are old and tired. The location is perfect! We will be back next year!

We were a group of eight friends on a ski trip. Perfect location for restaurants, bars and slope access. Small, cosy, clean rooms. Plentiful breakfasts with lots of choice of fresh produce and the bar served the best Aperol spritz in town!
