The price is really high compared to renting the room which is really very simple with a very small swimming pool, the cleaning lady who came home without our authorization plus they wanted to charge me for two uneaten breakfasts as well as 'a tax that I had already paid I am extremely disappointed, located more than an hour's walk from the center I find it really bad especially since it is really poorly served with a bus every hour and no bus on weekends

We almost rated them 5 stars but unfortunately, on our last day. There were 2 female staff were very rude. One of them just had a go at my husband instead of talking nicely but she talked to us aggressively. The other female staff upon our check out we were confused with payment and deposit. With her broken English and our broken French, instead of trying to be patient with us she rolled her eyes and said something in French and stormed off. When she returned again you can tell from the look in her face that was not at all happy with us for being simply confused! We weren't even rude to her! She just made us never want to return ever again! The staff on our first two nights were so lovely though.

Accueil ok Hôtel en dehors du centre et du bord de plage. Assez éloigné. Chambre ok mais salle de bain cabine vraiment petite et pas très agréable. Climatisation hs dans ma chambre mais pas la moindre excuse c’est dommage. Parking pratique. Chambre pas du tout insonorisée beaucoup de bruit du couloir, des autres chambres et même de l’extérieur c’est le vrai point faible. Petit déjeuner très standard sans plus.

Une mauvaise expérience de la SDB qui a été mal nettoyée, des poils à l’entrée de la douche. Je l’ai signalée à la réception qui m’a assurée qu’elle serait nettoyée. À mon retour du repas, rien avait été fait. Des paroles en l’air comme d’hab pour faire bien, mais aucun sérieux. C’est dommage

avevo prenotato avendo una bambina andiccappata per il ristorante sul posto,al mio arrivo se.sa neanche dirmi buongiorno mi chiedevano di pagare la somma piu' una cauzione che neanche mi era stata avvisata,dopo di che chiedevo fino a che ora era aperto il ristorante ,e mi veniva avvisato che il ristorante era chiuso sensa prevenirmi durante la prenotazione,ho chiesto piu' volte di parlare con un responsabile e mi veniva detto che era in vacanza e nessuno mi poteva aiutare ,,tutto orribile,,,mai piu' in un otel ibis,prima e ultima esperienza,,ps piscina in foto aperta al pubblico,all'arrivo non c'era neanche l'acqua...bruttissima esperienza..mai piu'..
