Merci à toute l’équipe du restaurant et de l’hôtel pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. J’ai rarement vu un personnel aussi attentif et aimable… Le restaurant est très bon et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon.

Hôtel bien situé pour aller skier à La Bresse Hohneck (10 minutes de voiture) Pas très loin du centre ville. Bon hôtel confortable à prix intéressant. Restauration de qualité. J'y retourne chaque année avec plaisir. Chambre et lobby agréables avec du charme

Bel établissement, manque de professionnaliste du personnel et tenue inadapté pour le service et l'accueil. J'encourage les jeunes patrons a être plus présent auprès de leur clientèle, afin de fidéliser. Conseil d'hôtelier.

Hôtel composé de différents bâtiments rattachés les uns aux autres. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. Les parties communes et les accès aux chambres (un peu exigus) sont soignés. Malgré la petitesse de la chambre, celle-ci est bien agencée. La propreté est irréprochable et la literie confortable. La composition du petit-déjeuner mériterait d'être un peu plus varié et peu moins "industriel". Bref, un hôtel bien situé et parfait pour un court séjour.

Chalet bien situé, propre et bien achalandé. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Parking avec possibilité de parquer plusieurs véhicules. Chauffage au sol accompagné d'un poêle à pellets pour les séjours par temps froid. Personnel très agréable et accessible à tout moment.
