Excellent and spotlessly clean family run hotel, a super week here. Staff very friendly, reception always smiling. We always travel out of season, it was just such a nice place to stay. Such a change to the vast chain owned hotels where nobody cares. This hotel is loved by its owners, that is so clear.

Reading all the poor reviews, really people can complain about absolute garbage. This hotel is rated 3 stars and definitely out *****s the 3 stars by a long shot. 5 star hotels can learn a lot from this family run business. Breakfast was excellent, pool area was amazing, staff friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for some one to tend to your ego, seriously get a maid. Have already recommended the excellent value to friends who have booked in. As for the complainers, stay home. Your holiday is determined by you, not those surrounding you. I rate it 5 stars.

as usual our stay was super apart from one person who seemed to run the breakfast room in the mornings and the resturaunt in the evening. she was very rude to us in the mornings on two occasions and again in the evening.we did bring this up with a member of staff called nicki, a very helpful young lady who said she will have words with veronica. after this her attitude changed dramatically. we will be coming down again later in the year but may look elsewhere as this treatment was uncalled for and was very upsetting.

Very enjoyable from check in to check out we had breakfast included which was excellent we also had lunch most days,great choces and excellent value the bar staff we very nice anx ghe beer was great I will definitely be going back
