Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 700 m, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Platja de Riells", diving center 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km. Nearby attractions: Ruinas greco-romanas d'Empuries 3.7 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 26 km, Parque acuatico Aquabrava de Roses 27 km, Skydive Empuriabrava 23 km, Casino-Festival de Perelada 30 km, Pitch and Putt Gualta - 18 hoyos 15 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Bad and two broken slatted beds. Dishwasher not functioning properly, badly scratched pans, dull knives, no toilet paper available upon arrival. Full dishwasher, and countertop full of cups upon arrival. Broken parasol, plastic cheap garden furniture. Dir
