The room is fine, but the service is the worst service experience in Japan! At about 3:30, I arrived at the check-in counter. The waiter actually pointed to the wrong house. I took a taxi and hit more than 200 RMB. The door opened without opening the door. I contacted the hotel staff for international roaming. The front desk did not speak English. After a long time, I said that I would call it. I didn't respond for 20 minutes. I still can't speak English when I hit it. I can't help but find a passerby (Japanese) to answer the phone and know that they have made a wrong house address! Forty minutes later, the hotel staff took a taxi to pick us up. We also had a 3-year-old child when it rained that day, and fell asleep before we even went to the room. I really want to swear. After taking it to the room, I can check out the next day for an hour. The next day I don’t know how to clean the house, and I can’t speak English. Awful

A good trip must start from a good place to live. When I live here, the service staff are also very enthusiastic. They provide us with a lot of delicious and fun places, which makes me more focused on the plan. Sexual thoughts. So I feel very comfortable when I live here, and I am particularly happy when I play.

Beautiful design hotel in the Gion area. Peaceful at night. Clean and Wider room with amenities provided. Ensuite bathroom in each room. Public bath also available. Helpful and friendly staffs. They are good in English as well. Great service. The location is good. Many many attractions are in walking distance from the hotel. Parcel shipping like yamato is able to do so. Luggage scale also provided at the lobby. Hotel parking just opposite to the hotel building and recommend to note with the hotel in advance. Nice stay in Kyoto!

Wonderful & decent hotel if you're willing to walk a bit. The closest bus stop is 5 minutes away, but if you want to go to the shopping street at Kawaramachi Station, it's 10 minutes. It's not far at all, typing it out like this, but going back to the hotel after a long day might be a little frustrating if you don't know your way around the bus/metro lines. On the positive side, which in my opinion outweighs the con by far, it's close to Sannenzaka and is in a quiet area. The room is quiet, clean, and has everything you need. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in (in this price range), it was also quite spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful; they were really friendly and did their best. I would recommend this hotel for the above reasons! We didn't mind walking, so it was great and added to our stay.

it's the best! ! If you come by car, you have to park in a nearby parking lot, so parking is not free because it is not affiliated with the hotel, but the hotel's location, rooms, cleanliness, etc. are perfect. First of all, the location is just within walking distance, the room is very clean and has a washing machine, and it feels more like a fully furnished studio apartment than a hotel. Of course it's clean! Definitely come here when you come to Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto. I want to stay again♪
