Perfect location if you want to explore Kyoto with your partner, most of the things are in walking distance. Hotel itself is very cosy and chill🥰

The location of the hotel is quite far from the subway station however it is clean and spacious

The location of the hotel is in the centre of everything. Could access best restaurant nearby and also the convenient store. The room is small but super clean. The staff also is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was more than I expected. As soon as you get in the outside noise disappears. It has a big eating area and even a spot where you can make your own matcha tea. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious, quiet, and private. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They also speak English. Great location with many coffee shops and restaurants near by. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there next time I am in the city. Bonus point... I got a beautiful towel arrangement on my birthday.

This is my favorite hotel thus far across the 5 hotels I've stayed in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. It gives you the "zen" feeling and services are great. We booked the room without breakfast, but the grab and go (bread, waffles, milk, tea, coffee,etc.) they provided are already sufficient for a quick breakfast before travelling around. I personally also like the smell of the shampoo and conditioner they gave (light tea smell).

Room was great and quiet. Super convenient with a FamilyMart next to the hotel.
