The hotel is very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Located very near to the bus stop and train station. It is also near to shijo omiya where you can ride the randen directly to Arashiyama. Overall everything was perfect.

The hotel is nice though not great. Rooms are clean and practical . But no coffee nor tea available , which most Japanese hotels provide . Only 2 washing machines on each wing. Overall okay but no real assistance from reception on recommendations of tourist spots nor eateries .

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Pagong with M's in Kyoto. Although the room was compact, it was perfectly adequate for two guests. The service was consistently kind and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient 15-minute walk to Nishiki Market and both a 7-Eleven and Family Mart less than a block away. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, friendly service, and prime location.

Location is in a very strategic place, very near to train station and bus stop, room size is reasonable for 3 single beds room, comfortable bed and pillow, nice lobby to hangout. Will book again in the future.

Trip.com. You send me the wrong hotel information. Lucky we called this hotel before we came to Kyoto from Tokyo.

No Coffee Bar or Machine….3 days for 1 time room garbage clean up…no toilet paper refill or u can ask and take by self….

The hotal location is near the train station, the room is clean and enough space to open the language. The staff is very polite and willing to helpl.

Hotel is new and clean. Location is not bad. Close to bus stations & a comparatively small Hankyu Railway station. 24 hours open convenient stores are nearby. Double room is small but can't complain under such a price!

Great hotel within walking distance from main sites and close to public transportation. Very comfortable and spacious room with smart tv and standard bathroom near also to convenient stores, coffee shops and laundry.

This hotel have many friendly staff and the room is big. The hotel is very new, the wall and the floor is nice. The room has providing a nice kettle for the hot water. It also providing a coin laundry in level 2. So you don’t need to go outside to find one.
