The environment is beautiful, and there are several ancient temples around it.

First of all, I made a reservation thinking it was a hot spring, but it wasn't a hot spring. It's different from the photo because it was remodeled. They are friendly and the dinner and breakfast are good.

I stayed in a private room with an open-air bath, but as soon as I entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes. I confirmed that this was a non-smoking room, and there was a sign saying no to smoking in the room. I had no choice but to try to ventilate the room for a while, but it didn't work. When I turned on the air conditioner, the smell of cigarettes wafted out from there. I complained to the front desk, but they told me they didn't have a replacement room, so I was left alone. It's as if they only think of us as a money vine that will drop a huge amount of money during the high Obon season. The staff did not come to the room and only apologized over the phone, which felt very dishonest. The cleaning company at this hotel and the way the hotel checks to see if the rooms are in good condition must be very sloppy. In the first place, I question the morals of guests who smoke in non-smoking rooms. As a result, I fell ill and had a terrible experience. Come to think of it, the landlady never showed up. It's fine if it's a cheap hotel, but since this is a luxury inn, there should be appropriate measures against smoking and treatment for guests. No matter how well-equipped the hotel is or how good the location is, this is putting the cart before the horse. It turned out to be the worst stay. I thought I had found a good place to stay, but I was wrong. It's a shame.

A place of peace and tranquility broken, in our case, by children running and screaming through the hallways. (I guess we were unlucky). Location: it is a little far from the city center but there is a bus that takes you 500m from the place and on the day of departure a free shuttle takes you to a metro station. Spacious room. Clean. Totally Japanese style. They provide you with a kymono/robe to make the immersion more authentic. Very good Japanese style “kaiseki” dinner!!! Japanese style breakfast. Public bathrooms, good.
