A terrible, terrible experience staying here. We booked for 3 nights and upon seeing the room we asked to be moved or refunded. They refused. We left after one very uncomfortable night. The room was not what we booked. It was on the ground floor with a window that looked onto a concrete wall within reach, so no daylight or breeze. The room was so small that only the bed fitted. No bedside tables, clock, or wardrobe. Everything had to go on the floor. The towels were thin like tea towels. The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Do not go here.

I used room 201 on the second floor. I had to open the window for one night due to the moldy smell. Soundproofing was poor. The room was spacious.

They took care of our luggage in advance and the counter staff was friendly. It was enough for 4 people!

A great little hotel with surprisingly plenty of space by Japanese standards. Good location and good service, ideal for a short stay in Kyoto.

I booked the largest room, which seemed to be 28 square meters. After booking through Ctrip, I paid at the hotel. The room fee plus tax was less than 480 (the exchange rate was around 4.93). Two large beds and two tatami mats, which can accommodate 4 people. It was about 4 blocks away from the subway, and it was within a 10-minute walk. The air conditioning was very good. Good review

It was so nice to stay at such a spacious hotel at this price in Japan. The front desk staff was also very friendly, and although there was no ice, there was a water purifier and microwave on the first floor, which was convenient~! I intend to go again next time.

The separate tatami room makes eating and drinking convenient, and the bathtub and toilet are each located separately, making it incredibly comfortable! If I ever return to Kyoto, I'd definitely come back!
