The only thing I rate them badly was their inflexibility to provide cleaning services for 3 night stay ! I mean not even change your tower is way unacceptable
Airbnb good host will provide extra towel if stay is longer than 2 days !

Checking in is inconvenient to go to another place not close to the hotel. It feels like self-service. If there is anything, no one can help you. If you stay for two consecutive nights, you will only be provided with a one-night package. No one will come For cleaning and replenishment, you have to take out the garbage by yourself and discard it. If you leave oversized garbage, you will be charged 10,000 yen. This is the first time I have stayed in this kind of hotel. The room has no view, and the facilities in the room are super dirty and the cloth is combed. should all have not been cleaned? The most satisfying thing is that the bathroom has heating equipment for soaking in the bath and a water temperature maintenance system. If it weren’t for the fact that my family and friends want to live in a Hello Kitty themed room, I would definitely not choose this hotel. The themed room is large and beautiful, and it is still new and clean , I dare not say any longer. ⋯⋯😅 It is recommended that those who want to stay in the theme can only stay for one night. Much smaller and congested than advertised, nothing like pictures on *******. Room was very dirty, there was dust all over, couch had big bad spots, beds were missing sheets and there was no one on the property to speak to as it’s managed remotely. Recommend staying away, not worth the money.

10 minutes walk from Kyoto station, reception staff was very kind, shuttle bus service was good. Except for the narrow room, it was good because it had a convenient function. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, so I asked the receptionist and got it the next day and used it. It was uncomfortable because the location of the TV was too high. I needed one more table chair than a stool.

The room was very dusty. Dust covered the aircon filters, toilet floor, the kitchen. Aircon was faulty too, kept turning on and off. Luckily the weather was cold. Do not recommend this hotel for people with asthma or allergy problems.

The studio was perfect for one person. Everything was spotless clean and in great working order. The location in a quiet residential area worked for me and was just a walk from the JR station. There are 2 good grocery shops in the neighbourhood, so you can stock up on essentials.
