Very good hotel, and very good onsen. The room is a little bit small as all rooms in Japan, but the location is very useful. Also has a huge supermarket near the hotel which was so practical some days to get dinner or breakfast. Also they have a bike renting service, which we used one day and was very good price.

There's a hot spring you can soak in, which is awesome, and you can even buy popsicles. The room's cleanliness is decent, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation, which is nice. It's also very quiet. The lobby and dining area have a great ambiance.

1. The room was ridiculously small! The hallway was only 50 cm wide, barely the width of a suitcase! You'd practically bump into walls just walking. See the pictures! 2. The distance from the headboard to the TV was also 50 cm! There was absolutely no space to open a suitcase! I suspect there's fraud regarding the room's square footage; it felt like 9 square meters at most, definitely not 16-19 square meters! Fake. 3. The location is terrible. It's right by a main road, in a suburb two train stops away from the city center. The surrounding area is deserted, with no restaurants or anything else. 4. The front desk staff treated Chinese guests poorly, always assigning rooms on the lowest floor, the 2nd floor, where opening the window revealed a solid wall! Avoid this place at all costs! 5. There was a large public bath, but white foreigners and some Chinese guests completely ignored the rules, entering the pool without showering first. As a result, the water was very dirty with floating debris. I took one look and immediately left.

The room was a bit cramp for 2 persons. Toilet was clean and the toilet/shower facilities were good. The sauna facility was enjoyable

Hotel is two stops away from Kyoto station, very quiet and nice district. But there are not many shops near the hotel. Hotel is relatively small, unable to open up two suitcases if we did not shift the chairs to the door and has minimal walking area.

Great hotel, fairly centrally located, rooms a little on the small side like in a lot of places in Japan

The room was tiny, with two single beds pushed together, leaving no space to walk around. However, the bathroom was well-designed with a dry/wet separation, and the automatic toilet was a nice touch. The showerhead was great too, making for a very comfortable shower experience.

I am pleased with my stay at the S Peria Hotel in Kyoto. The service was cordial and helpful. The area is served by metro, train, and buses to move around the city easily. Also, I loved the idea of having access to the "onsen" (thermal waters) right at the hotel. The rooms are a bit small but once you get organised you can move around easily, and there is everything you will need in a hotel room. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very good service by staff, will try to answer any questions you have, however there is a language barrier which can be solved by google translate. The rooms are small but still usable for the price.

I had an amazing stay at S Peria Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, giving me everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Location was also great — convenient, quiet, and close to what I needed. For the price I paid, the quality and service truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, S Peria Hotel is definitely worth the money, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

All rooms at this hotel have leaky windows, which makes it difficult to sleep by whistling in the room. The rooms are very cramped. There is no closet or shelves for clothes.
