I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Resol Kyoto Kawaramachi Sanjo. Everything is excellent — the hotel is very clean, the service is amazing, and the staff is kind and helpful. The location is perfect because it is close to many shops, restaurants, and sightseeing places, so it is very easy to explore Kyoto. The room is comfortable and the hotel has a calm and beautiful atmosphere. I really enjoy my time here and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto! 😊🏯

Good location, just opposite Loft and had many food options. Also walkable to the Gion area. The train station is about 5-10minutes away. Only downside for me is I feel that the room was a little small and hard to open up luggages. But overall, it’s still a good hotel.

I love staying here, near with everything. The local food also a lot very famous. Important is area very near with coin laundry 24 Hours. This very important!! 🤣🤣

The location is the best near shopping center and nishiki market is not that far. Bus stop is also near around 50m depend on which direction you want. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. You can trow away you luggage for 1000 yen ( as my luggage broken), just ask the recepsionist. Its only 5 minutes walk to Kamo river. I think the only suggestion from me is please add more washing machine.

The double room was so small that we as a couple had a hard time the few days we stayed in. Also the hotel wasn’t helpful when I asked about hospital information, as my husband got food poisoning a day prior of arrival to this hotel. Nevertheless the laundry was jam packed. Day and night was always busy, please do not open the window as the only smell which comes in is “deep fried smell”. I had very high hopes for this property, I left very disappointed. The most positive of the hotel is the location.
