Pros: The washing machine ran quietly, and the surrounding area was very peaceful. Basic cooking facilities were provided, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities felt new and modern. Cons: There isn't a 24-hour front desk, and communicating via Line for any issues wasn't always convenient. The kitchen was missing some basic cleaning supplies like a sponge or scourer, as well as paper towels, which was a slight inconvenience. Also, I found the pillows a bit too high for my preference.

I've stayed here three times in total, and overall, I recommend it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is quiet and convenient. My only complaint is that the front desk service is a bit cumbersome. The rooms are much larger than typical hotels in Kyoto. We had four suitcases for two people, and there was still plenty of walking space even with all of them open. The room also includes a washing machine and a kitchen, fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and cleaning supplies needed for a short stay. The location is quite good, just one bus stop away from Kyoto Station, or you can walk if you're not in a hurry. The apartment is in a residential area, so it's very quiet. There are convenience stores nearby and some good restaurant options. The downside is that there's no physical front desk. If you have any needs, especially after hours, you have to contact an overseas customer service team via an iPad in the lobby. I found this process quite troublesome on several occasions.

This hotel is really great. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's not far from the city center; it's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. It's an apartment, and you check in by yourself. While the hotel doesn't provide water, the tap water is drinkable. The best part is that there's a large stove for cooking. You can heat up or freeze food you buy from the supermarket, which is really convenient. You can also do your own laundry, which is very convenient.
