Just cross the street of one of the most beautiful castles in Japan

The bed is bigger than other hotels in Japan. There are separate hot spring pools for men and women. The bath is very comfortable. There is also Chinese service. Thank you Emily and Mr. Cai of the Sora Hotel for your warm reception. Thank you.

This hotel has a large hot spring and a small pool, and there are bathrobes but they have not been changed for 4 days. Stayed for 4 nights and only changed bath towels on the second and third day. On the fourth day, the cleaning staff seemed to have forgotten that there were people living here. I didn't enter the room to clean it at all, and whether I changed the bath towels or not, we were a little scared. Later, the service staff helped us clean and replace some of the time. The spare tea bags and biscuits in the room were only given to us on the first day, and we forgot to give them to us in the next two or three days. The biscuits were delicious and he gave us refills after asking the counter. Overall, the accommodation experience is good. Although the space of the room is not very large, it is sufficient and usable. The windows in the room are very large, and it is very pleasant to see the snow on the roof tiles outside the house. Next time I come to Kyoto, I will still want to stay in a hotel to make up for the hot springs I didn't get.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, very close to the station, temple is at front, breakfast was great, facilities amazing, stayed with my family safe and close to stores.

Excellent location right in front of a temple. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The onsen was a very nice experience. Very clean and super relaxing. My only complaint would be the beds were too firm for our liking. Otherwise we would gladly stay there again.
