Convenient transportation. Very close to JR station. You can take the bus to the ski resort.

Very expensive for the service. Modern building but very noisy. The walls are very thin and we live with the neighbors. The room is tiny and the air conditioning heating is very noisy all night. Impossible to stop it.

Convenient location in the center of Kutchan town. The room was pretty nice, but the bathtub wasn't cleaned, which was a shame. I think cleanliness comes first.

This is a self-service check in check out hotel. There is no front desk or staff at all. When checking in, the door password should be printed out, but somehow my password is blank. There is an emergency call at the front desk, but no one answers it, so I have to I made a long-distance phone call to the head office, and after many hardships, I got the password to enter the room!
