"Stayed here on my way home from Tblisi, can't recommend highly enough. Lovely cosy hotel, clean, tidy, modern, great views of Kutaisi and the staff were excellent. Nice comfy bed, balcony, everything was great! VERY cheap getting taxis in and out but it's a short walk (10/15mins) into the city so no really issues either way but better getting a taxi back if it's dark! (just because it's dark!) and if you are using taxis use Bolt! it's cheap and safe!"

The hotel's location was also perfect: there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, and the city's main attractions were just minutes away on foot. The breakfasts are especially noteworthy – this hotel has the most delicious breakfasts in Kutaisi. Special thanks to the host and staff for their professionalism and attention to detail. There are many better hotels in town. The so-called "Grand" Opera in Kutaisi is shabby, probably last decorated in the 1970s and badly designed. Tiny rooms. The music from the terrace reverberats throughout and goes on until midnight. Thanking god we are only staying one night. Avoid this place."

"Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!"
