Gala Boutique Hotel

It was a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful !! Definitely the Best place to stay in Kutaisi! The room was nice, clean, and had air conditioning (which is perfect considering how hot it can be in the summer).

i fell in love with this hotel. i am a frequent traveller almost 50 countries. this was my second trip to georgia. first time in kutaisi. excellent hospitality the MANAGE THE OWENER THIS LADY MAKE FEEL LIKE home. again going this november to kutaisi and this hotel. Beautiful hotel me and my wife really enjoyed 2 nights stay , Manager Tatia was very helpful, very friendly with every one good thing she can speak English, we had trouble outside with bad people with car rental Tatia help us to slove thank you

We been there for two nights. The hotel is in very good location. Very comfortable bed , and very nice room. The breakfast was very delicious. Tatia, the host, speak English very well and help in everything we need in anytime. If you visit kutasia you must take this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is very good, very close to the center. . Room and breakfast were very basic. It was a bit noisy during night, but bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 2 nights and it was great. The young woman who seems to manage the place (or should if not the case !) is fantastic. She gave us a choice between 3 different rooms. Our room was great : balcony, okay TV selection, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, confortable bed and mini-fridge. There was no hot water kettle but we were lent one when asked. I love the fact that they had refillable bottles in the shower rather than the small plastic bottles which cause so much waste. There should be a recycling bin as well. Breakfast was good and served at the hour of your convenience. This was a plus for us because for some reason, breakfast is served very late (from our point of view) in Georgian hotels. My only complaint is the fact that not everyone from the staff was wearing masks. Most notably, the "important" man who seemed to own or manage the place and thought he was above that requirement. Too bad, he should be setting an example.

Really cool place actually, but we visited with a baby and my mom got 2rooms. The hotel is in a noisy street, simply furnished. Friendly staff tho, and nice breakfast for the price.
