可惜房間沒有泡澡

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a guide outside who took a photo of me and my friend in front of the hotel exterior. We were then shown around immediately after. The room was very clean, and we were grateful that the amenities were prepared in a drawstring bag. I was impressed that pajamas were provided in addition to the indoor wear, that the toilet and bath were separate, and that free popsicles were provided in front of the large public bath! It was also great that it was only a 4-minute walk from the Yubatake! I would love to stay here again! Thank you!

The rooms and meals are great, but unfortunately the open-air hot spring bath on the top floor is not open, so there are only two hot spring baths available for reservation. As a result, the reservations during the normal time are already full, so there is no way to experience it.

The hotel has a relatively new design, but there are only a few staff who can read English. I contacted the hotel to arrange dinner when I made the reservation, but it didn't happen. The location of the hotel is okay. It would be more convenient if there is a hotel car to pick up and drop off. The room has a sense of space.

The hotel is not far from the station and Yubata. The room is small but clean. There is no view. A hotel with seven floors has only one elevator! The service staff at the front desk are quite indifferent! One of them showed impatience during the communication process because I didn't understand Japanese. This is something I rarely encounter in Japanese hotels. The public hot spring bath is relatively small, so you will have to queue up when bathing in a hot spring in Japan for the first time, and the private bath facilities for paid reservations are also average. The food was quite satisfactory, and the service in the restaurant was very good.

Very good and satisfying

The hotel waiters are attentive to every guest. The rooms are clean and tidy. The paid outdoor hot spring is under repair and only one indoor hot spring is left for guests to book, so it is a bit difficult to book a time. The dinner dishes are excellent and delicious, and the Japanese breakfast is also acceptable. Generally speaking this hotel is worth a try.

Everything about this new hotel is good, but I can't give it five stars.

The location is convenient, only a few minutes walk to Yubata. There are self-service laundry facilities (but only one), and dinner is a Western-style set menu with Japanese elements. Self-driving vehicles can be parked outside the hotel until 12 noon the next day, making it convenient to go shopping in the hot spring street in the morning.

The environment and food are very good, the service is attentive, and the hot spring is clean and comfortable👍
